My take for this one ! Any feedback is appreciated

Hi Metoz,

I Like the tone of this mix , nice balance between vocal and harmony, I like the image of you elements.
For me there are a few things going on , but it will only high light what I see as been the most need of attention.

For this track you have created a open feel , which I think is nice; All your tonal elements sound open, and then we have the drums.

The drums sound squashed down and small giving the impression that the drums are not part of the track because they are not as open as your other elements, I would say the drums have been hit too hard with compression.

I also feel this is the same for the bass guitar, it cut through on the top end, I think the release on the compressor is making the lower FQS sound a bit strange, and over compressed.

Solo is super loud. Needs to come down.
Great drum balance though the kick presence needs a bit more.
I would have like the bass to pierce through more. May be a bit of 500hz? Just to bring some texture s bit more forward.

Overall pretty solid mix.
