This song was a fun song to mix.
I saw the notes by Phillip and used those as a guide towards my mix.
The drums in the chorus have been augmented with some samples to give that "rock" feel like he was wanting.
There is also some panning and volume riding on the master to help the choruses and the final outro to really POP out.
The bass guitar also has some added saturation during the choruses to help it cut through and fill out the sound some more.
Overall, this was a FUN track to mix, a challenge and took me out of my comfort zone (I mostly mix hard rock and metal)
