The mix turned out rather dry, which I liked. I put less emphasis on the percussion in comparison to the original mix. I also made the piano brighter by heavily reducing 400-800hz area; felt muddy.
Now that I listen to it after a short brake, I feel like some instrument automation in the second part of the track could have helped mid frequency overlaps; not heavy though.
