Hey Suicide0, the vocal seems a bit detached from the rest of the mix -- it could probably come down a little bit. Also, I'm missing those backing vocals in the chorus. I think you could blend them with the lead vocal a little more.
Personally I would kill some of the mid-frequencies on the kick. It's got a bit of a nasal honkiness to it (although admittedly I'm only really aware of it in the opening bar). Similarly, I might cut back on some of the lows and mids on the acoustic guitars. There's a bit of murkiness between them and the bass.
My ears could be deceiving me, but I feel like the kick drum is causing some subtle pumping effects with a compressor somewhere.

Thank you for your time and your comment. I have used one of my own DAW templates from the past with minor adjustments.
The Vocals got a huge 4K boost so they are popping out of the mix. That was actually what i wanted for this song.
I Think you are right regarding the kickdrum. I will check this again.
