First mix, done in one hour. What I need to improve?

Sounds pretty solid.. to be honest listening to all these other mixes.. this sounds like a really hard song to mix. I don't know what the individual tracks sound like but you are on the right track.

Nic mix, maybe little dry on drums and vocals.

The mid-rangy click on the kick is somewhat out of place in context with the prevailing character of your mix, which is generally good. Bounce is pretty good. I would characterize your snare sound as being played with brushes. it's OK if not too retrained especially against the kick.
