Hi all,
Had lots of fun mixing this one, experimented alot with parallel processing.
As always, mixed is one go, which is a bad habit of mine lol.
I would apereciate it if you guys could tell me what you think
Hi
I think you did quite a good job.
The thing that, imo, needs correction is the resonances/boomy-ness in the low-mids, probably caused by the acoustic guitar, and a little by the leadvocal.
The vocal could also be more upfront by adding some highs.
Also try to hi-pass your reverbs, this helps reducing the boomyness.
Hope it helps,
RJ

Hi,
I really can not find any boominess in this mix. And compared to what I've mixed, it is rather bright already. This is where I would state that I do miss the bass in this mix, though it does work.
Cheers

Hi!
Boominess in low mid freq range in acc guitar tracks!
For me, too harsh/raw mix for that kind of music!
I hope this helps!
Google translate!
Here is a new version of the mix, hope this is better.
Much better!
To my taste the whole mix is a bit too 'smiley-curved', so I would add a bit in the mid range.
