Hey gd,
It's definitely a warm mix. I really like all of your balance choices, and most of your eq decisions as well. I think the biggest thing that jumps out at me, especially at the beginning, is the amount of compression across the mix. The low end really hits it hard when the cajon kicks in.
Perhaps a little bit of eq work on the male vocal to get it just a little less dark.
