Hey,
I especially like the clarity of the vocals in your mix. the 2nd version in my view is perfectly balanced.
Maybe the kickdrum sounds a bit too boxy. I would take out some 400hz.

Kick is not bad, just sounds too prominent. I agree with Paul, cut around 350/400Hz should sort out it.
Toms sound nicely EQ'd

Overall a great mix. Sounds very well balanced.
