Where to begin? This one was quite a challenge. Not to bash the performers or recording engineer(s), but there were quite a lot of problems on this one (e.g. one of the guitarists kept thumping on his guitar--on and off the beat--throughout the entire song. Anyway, I did what I could. Feel free to hit me up with questions/ comments/ concerns.

Nice! Good balances across the board. I would have to pull this MP3 into a DAW and let spectrum analyzers show me what was out of balance, which I'm not gonna do, but I am going to give this tune a whirl myself.
