So i've been mixing for some time and got to this track with loads of excitement, cause this song is so awesome!!
Should say the tracking was wonderful. With the snare, for example, just need it to gate it and compress it correctly and I was 80% done.
Since I'm a Metal guy, I just needed to have this huge drum sound, and with such great recording, it was fun & (more or less) easy to do it. I used some samples just to get that "bigger than life" kinda feel.
Made some arrangement changes in the end, too.
