I am working on mixing but panning as well. I am now starting to trust my ears a bit more and making smaller adjustments... Let me know how this sounds and anything is good.

Hi Frank ,
I like your mix ,just some thoughts and guesses while having quick a listen.
Just some minor adjustments could be personal taste.
The lead and Background sound great but just a touch upfront.
A touch more level (maybe less compression attack if used ?) and top end rattle of the snare would sound cool.
The kick sounds nice and punchy but maybe over powering the bass guitar getting the balance of the kick and bass is a good challenge.
you are definitely on the right track

Thanks for that input on my mix. I think its pretty good but I made changes based on your suggestions. I hope you enjoy it.

Hi Frank '
listening to version 2 sounds great ,a little louder in overall volume compared to version 1 and the snare sound a touch fuller.
missing the upper bass frequencies of the bass guitar.
The kick still sounds a little punchy and loose in the bottom end try rolling off the deep flab below 40hz on the kick bring down the level maybe in the 50-200hz area to give the bass guitar some room to be boosted in that area.
