Passing this glass mix!
I now dislike the creator of this song for putting it in my head.
Used Ableton live 9 with its basic pluggins.
This was a real challenge for me as former FOH mixer, never used a de-esser before, so after figering it out for an hour i found i couldn't make it work and went the old school way on the esses... EQ.
1st mix i done at night with my headphone, seems it lacks alot of frequencies, so replaced a baddy with a newer adjustment with speakers to listen to.
Hope you enjoy the mix, was a rough one for me to do, but great fun and alot of learning.
Btw. i understand the creating artist wont like this mix and thats ok.
Gave this mix a 2nd try with different aproach from scratch and think this time the mix suites the essence of the song more. (Primakova_TheGlass2)
