did you use compression on the piano? i think it was really well recorded it doesn't really sound better with any on and this sounds abit squashed and unnatural to me - also, the drums are so low down in the mix and the bass just overtakes everything for me! nice vocal sound! I agree, horrible piano. It wasn't compression, but noise reduction that ruined the sound.

Drums, yes, it could be a bit louder. Personnally I don't mind the drums being at the low level in this case, because the drummer played with very soft touch. So I guess it was meant to be only supportive.

I didn't hear any problem with the bass.
