my major problem is the lack of material in the side channels once the intro had done it's thing. i found the subjective illusion of the sound stage during the intro somewhat perplexing....i think i was feeling some ambiguity in the panorama between the panning and the slapback delays coupled with the reverb approach; didn't make sense to me really but then i've had a full day!

but the mix goes pretty much mono thereafter - beyond the vocals and drums, that is. i'm wondering if you left a fader pulled down or a buss muted during the print; the general lost guitar, especially at 2:40 (save for it's stereo verb presence which is still running), might be a clue? this guy Bill, is all about his guitar parts....

sad the drums are mixed from the drummer's perspective . my pet hate, by the way because i'm in the audience and it looks silly on TV! Big Grin

interesting to see what direction you bring this mix....looking forward to the listen if you tweak it.
Thanks for having a listen Dave !
will sort out issues in version 3 which i should have noticed myself and keep in mind in the future.
Keep the Feedback Coming Big Grin !
