Yeah you're 100% right on that, I went for full squeeze here tbh I didn't know what to with it; cause imo it doesn't sound too good on its own and doesn't work too well with the outro vocals either

The tracks were already somehow processed because the snare is gated so it could as well be that, but I doubt it, the overall feeling makes me think it's performance thing like those drum fills at 0:50, 2:00 or 4:00 is completely off. Anyway it's not something that can't be fixed it only takes more time, but in the end of the day that's not something you do when practicing mixing; I only wrote that down so I have reference for future mixes

Same as above, only for future reference. For me if the overhead is mono then I'd love to have stereo room mics but that not the case here
