There seems to be a significant issue with the synchronization of the tracks. Additionally, the delay on the solo guitar is quite long, which creates some dissonance.

Sure. I had a problem with Cubase 10. I updated to Cubase 13, and now I don't have that problem anymore. It used to frustrate me and made me not want to finish the songs properly. Thank you.

perhaps updating the mix with the new cubase 13 would be better. I agree those out of tempo tracks are very painful to hear.
