Hi!
This is my first post on the forum and the first mix I did for one of the cambridge multi tracks.
I've just finished audio school in january and found out about the multi tracks so I thought it would be a good idea to give them a try to keep myself practicing and getting better
I used VMR for almost all EQ and compression, except for the vocals where I used the VMR 116 and an outboard baxandall EQ that I built last week to add some nice air to them. (really cool to see something you built yourself working). I didn't eq the guitars a lot and didn't compress them at all. They sound amazing IMHO. I separated Lows and Mids/Highs on the bass and treated them separately so I had more control over the low end.
The song is really catchy! Love it!
