Because there can never be too many mixes of this awesome song, here's my take on the challenge:
Balance of the instruments is ok but their frequency balance is weird.
Guitars eat up too much space and lack meat and overheads are too midrangey. Vocals are a little telephone sounding.
Thank you for the feedback. Having now listened to other mixes of Daisy, I agree with what you said. My looping through the mix took me WAY off course! I'll have to give it another go.
My "second" attempt at this mix. Finding a happy drum tone (especially the snare and kick) and drum sub mix are causing me all sorts of headaches. Thought it best to share before I chisel too far. Any feedback would be much appreciated!
