Discussion Zone

Thanks for checking out my mix. I didn't do much automations because I don't think the flat mix is where I want it to be. I have been "tweaking" things for too long. I need another pair of ears to guide me a little. What do you hear? What do I do next? 
I think the snare doesn't hit as hard as I want it to. But that might not be the only issue. Any advice?
