Went for black sabath/dio/seether vibe. Was tempted to add a vocal line shortly after the guitars came in singing "Holy Diver". Cool song with a cool vibe. Let me know how you think I could have done better. Thanks.
Hey Hanibal Smile, a few quick observations/opinions to consider.

First thing I'm noticing is that the SFX in the beginning are a lot louder than was likely intended... in my mind, they should build up into the KABOOM at the beginning, but it sounds like they peak really close to unity, so the music has nowhere to go, dynamically speaking. Sort of a "there can be no loud without quiet" observation. They also seem to be overpowering the lead guitar there... the guitar I think is meant to sit in the mix and compete with the other things going on, but it's getting lost a little too often in my opinion. I bet if you turn down those tracks all the way and then fade them into where the drums start, you'll find the buildup is a lot more powerful.

The other main issue I noticed was that there's quite a bit of clutter in the low end. It almost sounds to me like you mixed many of the instruments in solo, making them sound the best they could, and then blended them... but that tends to create the sort of muddiness I'm hearing in the low mid region, since almost every instrument has a sonic contribution in those areas. Highpassing all non-bass instruments at at least 100 Hz is usually a good start, but the balance also generally benefits from low shelving cuts around 400, especially in rock, which doesn't need so much bass. Maybe put an aggressive high pass filter on the sides channel, too?

I do like the warm sound you're going for quite a bit, though. Clear up those low mids a little (especially on the guitars) and let the dynamics breathe a bit more and this will come to life, in my humble opinion. Good work, keep them coming. If you post a revision and I miss it, PM me and I'll check it out.
