Here's my attempt at this mix, feedback welcome as always. Smile

Cheers
The first thing I feel is the snare is back in the mix. Great mix.
Nice 80's drum feel. Just love it! Wink

In general there's a lot to like. However I do feel that there is some fundamental balancing, which needs a little attention.

Perhaps the drum balance would benefit from a little love; kick and toms seems awfully present , while snare and drumsFXs aren't ... It's easy to get lost, when snare is as absent as it is.

Maybe the busier sections lacks some tonality in the lower regions, which makes sense, since Your kick is "stealing" room from the bass ...

It all just small portatos, You did a nice job here Wink

Thanks guys, really appreciate the feedback! Listening back now a couple months later I can definitely hear the issues you bring up.

I've balanced the drums primarily and some small changes to the bass as well. Reduced the toms by quite a bit, and increased the snare.

Small quick changes but made the world of difference. Big Grin
