this is my take.
It 's really not good and not radio ready at all. Do not play it to your children!

You've got a lot of midrange build up in your reverb, I'd play with the EQ on the reverb as well as potentially having it shorter and less of it.

Otherwise the other thing standing out to me is the balance between the lead vocal and backing vocals, BVs could come up a bit so it doesn't sound like a one sided conversation.
