*Gave it another try. Tried to automate (very unfamiliar terrain) some parts to make the mix more dynamics. Vocal wasn't cutting it thru like it should and neither did the heavily distorted bass (didn't have that growl). The guitars were muddy and weren't punchy enough. So yeah...
