Here's my stab at doing Mike's song some justice. Thanks for letting us have at it!

I'm concerned I may have compressed and limited too much, but that's the direction in which my references took me.. thoughts?

Seems well balanced and i like how the vocals sound. You may be correct about the compression as the drums seems a little lifeless. Still a good mix.\
