Yes, I use some samples to get the sound. But some Eq and Comp too.....

Which plug do you use for triggering? is it slate?

Which plug do you use for triggering? is it slate?

I have some drum samples that I´ve been colecting some years ago..... I just resample them in a double track and add with the original....
That´s the way I usually do.

I double the track. So I resample it. Just paste it. Check the frequencies with the phases alignment. But I always add with the original sound.Using EQ and COMP for mix them. I use Reaper. That´s the way I learned and use for my life....
