Here is my mix and master of the song.
-I used a bastardized version of Billy Decker's template (go check out his book...it's fantastic) and did some tweaks here and there.
-Guitars I had a headache on. I just couldn't get them to sound cohesive. If they jump out or sound off, that's why.
-Drums I had to resample. With the newfound techniques comes a realization that the stock drums were just not good sounding.
-Bass was reamped save for the first part.
-Vocals were pretty straightforward. This was the first time I used a de-esser, so I hope I didn't make him sound like he has a lisp.
Mastering was some EQ, 2 compressors, some saturation and a limiter. I had to adjust the mix knob on some of them, but it turned out okay.
