I dont think its as bad as you suggest. Snare is loud. Vocals clear.
To me your mix works fine. Maybe you could back both limiter and drum compression a bit. But the pumpin fits the song.
Very difrent from my mix but I like it.

Some corrections!

Sounds like your off to a good start on this difficult one. My additional suggestion would be to add some more upper mids to the lead vocals and perhaps bring the cymbals up a bit more to brighten things up a bit.
