I like your mix it sounds well balanced.
can hear some panning effect with the guitars fading in and out in the side channels !
listening on monitors and headphones Can hear some resonant frequencies with the strumming guitar around approx. 148hz , 250hz and 300 hz ,
maybe taming these frequencies and rolling off somewhere below 250-300 hz in the side channels may help give space for the bass guitar .

Thanks for the feedback - will definately check those frequencys! Now after a few days without listening to any mixes I hear quite clearly that my mix seems a little bit cluttered/undefined.
