Seems like a lot of mic comparisons going on - same signal different mic on a lot of tracks.

So what mics did you decide to use?
Very inventive. Beautifully executed in mix b. Very curious to that snare anomaly? Wonderfully evil. Great vocal. Very cool.

I'd say that I pretty much in all cases just favored the U47's. I didn't spend a lot of time auditioning them all... I just figured the U47's would probably be usable in all cases. Of course some of the other's might have been better choices... Kind of a time management issue these days...

Notch eq'd out the high pitched ring of the snare and added some bottom. Short decay reverb (room effect) on the snares after eq'ing them a bit brighter.
