Pretty good start on this. Everything is there and nicely balanced. Good dynamics too. Maybe some attention to the guitar level through the song and the horns in the horn break. Maybe clarify the snare tone some?

Very nice mix! I'm only hearing a little clipping on the vocal when she gives it a little extra. But honestly thats nothing compared to the problems I've heard in other mixes.
