Sounds nice. Very 'airy'. The kick might be a little too up front. I'm occasionally hearing the gate open up. I'm kind of missing the rhythm guitar in the verse. I hear it but I think it could be louder to break up the rhythm and add excitement to the verse. Between the acoustic guitars and organ it feels a little 'dreamy' and that guitar could break that up a bit.
The only thing that really jumps out is the contrast between the sound of the vocal and the rest of the mix. Overall it's a very smooth mix and the sound of the vocal is a fuzzy and gritty. It's just how he sounds and how it was recorded. So there's a little bit of disconnect between the vocal and band. If there was some element that had a little grit in the band maybe that would gel things more. My gut would consider some slight distortion or saturation on the bass or the organ. It's minor and not a problem but it's something that jumped out at me.
