I'm really enjoying this song. The tracking was done really well, making it pretty simple to mix. Once the basic mix came together, I started having some fun and taking some small creative liberties with the guitars I got a little aggressive with the master bus compression, but hopefully in a good way. I still have to reference the mix on other speakers/systems, but here's the "first" mix.

You were not kidding - totally different take on this one. Nice. It is good to hear different ideas. I think if you were producing the song you could really have taking this idea and make it work in the vein of "In This Moment" or similar Kane Churko like production.

Perhaps that bands wants to release it as a B side?
