The most important thing for a mixer is to be heard and critiqued. So naturally, I seek the same. If you feel the same plz take a listen to my mix and comment. I will do the same for you. That way we all benefit from one another. There is just so much to learn, and mixing without an additional pair(s) of ears from one's own peers slows the learning process. We need each other, bros.
