Here's some more information about the project from the band:
- Key: C minor
- Our drummer Andi has Hi-hat and ride cymbals right next to each other, so one mic records both.
- Mic Preamps used in the recording: Focusrite ISA 428 MKII (main preamp for everything); Focusrite Octopre (drums and some guitars); Studio Projects VTB1 (under-snare mic); broken A-Designs MP-1 (Hi-hat/Ride mic).
- Interface: RME Multiface 2
- Drumkit: Tama Starclassic Maple with Zildjian/Sabian/Wuhan cymbals.
- Guitar Setup 1: Siggi Braun Superstrat, TC Nova Dynamics, Visual Sound Jekyll&Hyde, Framus Dragon amp, Palmer 2x12 with Eminence Red Fang Alnico / Eminence Wizard.
- Guitar Setup 2: Ibanez RG 421, Mesa Roadster Top, Mesa 2x12
- Bass Setup: Maruszczyk Frog, TC Triple C, Tech21 Sansamp RBI, Hartke HA3500, FMC 6x10 Retro
- There´s lots of guitar tracks due to the considerable number of mics in front of the amps.
