Not bad. Guitars are good. Kick drum has way too much low end content and is squashing a lot of space in your mix. If you can get better control of that I think your mix will blossom. Also (since you are the Guitar Freak) I'd like to hear the guitar solos more present. I also think you can finish the song better, not just leave it to the tracks to end.
