Have to love how they use microtuning systems, layer different modes on top of each other and drummer seems to have different push/pull feels and shuffles for individual drums. ^_^

Im beginning to think drum replacement is a not always the best solution for fixing poorly recorded drums.

Only because, and I'm guilty of it too, the replaced drum parts sound different from the rest of the kit and ultimately fake.

I think your kit is very apparent and the guitars are somewhat cloudy.

This mix is a challenge to get remotely acceptable. Overall, not a bad start.

Thanks for feedback. Had to double check, but I didn't used samples with the drums here. About 3 weeks ago I uploaded the very first version, which had samples and tuned vocals, but I think on the same day I replaced it with a one with just miced drums.

I have to admit, I didn't put too much effort with this as the performances are indeed quite 'unconventional.' Maybe I'll do some extensive tweaking with this one later. ^_^
hey
. like the overall sound.
the fact that the guitars are panned hard L and R can be cool at times but it also makes them sound far.maybe pan the reverb of the guitar L to R a bit, that my opinion of course.

its a hard mix

well, the performance kind of screams for heavy handed solutions. ^_^
