Beside the crappy guitar tone (you need to use an impulse loader with a proper Cab & Mic to make those guitars actually sound like guitars) it's cool. your bass (and/or kick) has too much oooomph and you should make more room for the kick. The song itself will always sound like crap because of the tuning problems - but if you really want to fix this you need to re-record the guitars
