What do you think about multi-band side-chain between guitars, drums and bass? This may connect them to the overall picture and free up space for vox

Are you using monitors or phones?

I got decent headphones so i tend to use them mainly, i have monitors too but my room isnt perfect at all.

In monitors it's easier to hear the compression.Check this. And try to use preferences.
