Hi soundaudiowarfare,
There's a few issues here for me. I'm listening through headphones and your mix is sounding somewhat scooped, with the upper and lower freq. over emphasised. (I'm guessing this may be a monitoring thing). I also feel that the drums here are too loud and overtaking the mix. The the rhythm section is somewhat missing and buried underneath almost inaudible at times. It sounds like you have some cool guitar fx going on though it may be hard to hear.
A little bit for you to go on with for version #2. Will listen out for it.
