I am not too satisfied on that mix, i found the result a little muddy.
Hope u like it though Tongue
Nice mix, I actually didn't find it too muddy at all, guitars and vox sit nicely, snare cuts thru and holds the backbeat. The only thing I noticed was that the vocal tracks, or whichever of the 2 you had as the dominant vocal track seemed to be coming a half a beat late, almost as if you tried to put a slap delay on them but mixed at 100%.

Cheers

Yes, i agree ,i think dly from plug ins made the job Tongue
i will compensate it!Thnx for the input.

I agree. Overall I think the mix is pretty well balanced just mainly the vocals need to come down some and be put in time.
A rap across the knuckles for posting with the vocals out of time! Wink

Apart from that, the mix is kind of "flatlining" in the sense that the the drums don't have enough punch & cut to punctuate the full on wall of guitars.

Slowing down the attack on your compression on the drums can help the transients come through. It's often surprising how much boosting of the high & high-mid eq is needed on the drums to get the aggressive attack required for a track like this. Don't be afraid to use whatever force is necessary! Big Grin
Thanks for the comments guys, i did that mix some time ago, sounds like crap to me right now.. Tongue
