Did you use the two snare tracks? (Top and bottom) if you did and you didn't invert the phase in one, you have cancelation. I don't hear snare body... If you did switch the phase invert then you should lower bottom mic and put more volume on the top mic. Snare sounds thin. I'm almost certain is canceling.

overly weird delay settings. overheads distorted / too loud. some tracks too quiet, some too loud. choir louder then the solo.
