Ya done ok for a first shot .. A few things.. sounds like you panned your instruments good.. The biggest problem is the reverb, there is a bit too much and it washes out the drums in spots and the bass, Needs a bit of cleaning up..also watch your levels
In this thread there are some good examples of a good clean mix..listen to Crownoise or Takkas mix of this song, you can hear every instrument distinctly, that's what you want to shoot for.
