Greeting All!
This is my first attempt at this, so be gentle. I'm using ProTools|First, so I'm somewhat limited in what I can do. The mix has only compression, eq, and reverb. I don't have any way to re-amp the guitar tracks, which is definitely needed.
So with all the qualifiers out of the way, please let me know what you think!

Welcome to the site.. !
Ya done ok for a first shot .. A few things.. sounds like you panned your instruments good.. The biggest problem is the reverb, there is a bit too much and it washes out the drums in spots and the bass, Needs a bit of cleaning up..also watch your levels
In this thread there are some good examples of a good clean mix..listen to Crownoise or Takkas mix of this song, you can hear every instrument distinctly, that's what you want to shoot for.
