Hello Jimdolorian,
You've done a nice job with this one. I'm wondering if you have panned the Di and guitar mic the same. The guitar sounds like it's moving around a bit (jumping slightly to the left occasionally) when listening through headphones. I feel you could also try a transient shaper of sorts just to soften the attack of the guitar a little. This is just a minor thing, though. Well Done
