I've just recently been using more of the Multi-band Compressor in my mixes.
I've always been frightened of that little animal, but I'm starting to get it under control.
I like the fact that it just focuses on the offending range and leaves the rest untouched.
But like all tools ... you gotta experiment and get familiar with it.
Posting my results here, and getting valuable feedback from like minded friends is imperative.
