Hi,
I am new to the site so this is my first upload/post. I really liked this song, love the layered guitars and the vocal is really nice so i decided to give it a go.
No magic tricks or arrangement changes - mixed as it came. I have just tried to get the balance right and to give everything its own space. I have tried to keep it nice and bright sounding and to keep a bit of air in the mix.
I had to do a bit of EQ work with the guitars as they felt a little harsh. I added a little saturation to the drums and bass to try to get a gritty backdrop for the smooth sounding vocal.
Any comments and criticism would be most welcome.
