Rachel (by Draper)

This was a wonderful track. I tried to let the song breath, have space, but feel close at the same time, if that makes any sense. Anywho, enjoy!

Overall sound is very nice to my ears. I like the coherent big space. Very good result out of these tracks.

You have nicely hided the shortcomings of these tracks, escpecially those rhythmic problems. Maybe that was also reason to fade in the music?.

Small and not so important notice: Solo at 2:13 could come maybe slightly louder. Now it don’t fill properly the space what disappearing vox leaves to it.

I really like the placement and width of the string quartet. The congas seemed wide at times, but I really liked the strings, acoustic, and lead vocal.

Thanks man, I loved mixing this one. It's a nice song with nice parts, plain and simple. Yeah, I agree with the Congas, but in every mix there is going to be some compromise, and that was mine in this track. Thanks for the kind words and taking the time to listen!
