The balance here seems reasonably sensible, which is good -- except perhaps that the vocal feels a bit too big overall. However, it's a pretty stark sound overall, because you don't seem to have given the sound much (if any) help using reverb, so the whole ensemble sounds rather narrow, unblended, and as if it been recorded in your living room. The sound of this kind of ensemble is so much about room reflections in real life, that you need to do a fair bit of work to recreate that when you're presented with a multitrack with as much close-miking as this one has.

The other main thing I'd say is that the bass feels a bit light to me in general. Give that a few decibels more level, I would.
