Doesn't sound bad but there's some weird artifacts/distortion, on the guitar in particular, very obvious in the intro.
I wonder if this is not the effect of mp3 compression artifacts. Try using 320kbps for your mp3s.
If not, I would back off any saturation/compression that might give that bad distortion, it doesn't sound good.
