At any rate... this isn't a straightforward mix, not even a little. Much of my efforts here were in taking somewhat nonmusical sounds and making them musical, so there's a lot of distortion, saturation, and very aggressive compression in parallel throughout. And it still sounds too polite! Given the subject matter...
Not many have posted this mix so far, and I can certainly see why... until you get a solid groove between the drums and the basses (layered bass drives me crazy), you can't really sink your teeth into it. Once you get through that bit though, it's a lot of fun... not many multis allow so much room for creative mangling. I could have gone on and on... but my CPU was getting a little spiteful.
